I think it's also worth mentioning that it's important to consider the wholesale electricity market and generator start time (I used to work in a power plant). There was a cascaded generator trip that caused a blackout in Singapore. Intermittent generation can cause this problem.
I have done the economic study on grid battery, the economics is highly dependent on the design of wholesale electricity market.
There is another factor which is the production rate of green hydrogen. My university professor did a research on that and the efficiency / production rate isn't promising. Then it boils down to cost, which makes it even harder to achieve economic of scale. It's a classic example of sounds great doesn't work (yet)
